i have it

i have in my hand a brand new canon 1000D with a 28-135mm canon is usm lens. It is an early birthday present from my parents that we went halves on. So this means that as of the 6th of March this blog will be up and running.

back on track?

Back on track? For now it's looking like I have succeeded in gaining a fun little (kind of) Canon 1000D - and for cheap and with a swell lens thanks to trademe!

But I'm hoping that this post isn't too premature.. But I'm just so excited that I had to at least tell someone (cyberspace). So hopefully my face each day will go ahead as planned!

maybe nothing will happen

so as of now it's looking like this may not even happen. I have been going on the fact that I would be getting a camera for my 18th birthday, but my parents have just throw a spanner in the works and I'm fairly sure that nothing good will come from it. So for now it's looking like this blog will be destined to become yet another unused and forgotten url in the internet. The planning was fun while it lasted.
